Idk, many popstars had those terribly mismanaged albums but they could comeback successfully because they had many talented people behind them and they really wanted to rise on top again. I don't see it in Gagz. Her working with RedOne is the only positive thing right now but she always ruins everything

Artpop was a mess, she came back with a mediocre single, released a good song (finally after so many years) but with no video, then released a dated song about sex with a good video but too late. She was lucky she sold almost 2 million units WW.

She also has Warren and Moroder now. Besides, ATRL actually lived for Swinefest and ARTPOP before the #s came out. Granted, songs like Donatella and Jewels & Drugs are pretty much abortion-inducing and shouldn't have made the cut.
Gaga has been able to write hit songs before (Y&I all by haself too), so there's no reason to believe she can't do it again.
