nn sis. I always feel like I'm too old and I barely have any time left to do the things I want to do but the reality is I'm only 23, like I got a long ass time to be finding love and all that. The chances that a person is gonna find their life partner at this age is low anyways. I'm not trying to be too cynical but all the people you see in relationships now, they're not all gone stand the test of time and I can assure you in 5 years time some of them will be broken up and still looking like you're looking right now.

i get how he feels though even though i'm 18...i'm not concerned that other people around me are finding their soulmate or anything, i know they'll break up eventually, but i haven't been in a relationship in a pretty long time and it does kinda get to me that everyone around me is finding people to date and i'm not, even the ones who do absolutely nothing to make them more likely to, it's like...i don't think i'm horrible for it or anything i just wonder if i'm unlucky or something? idk

Yeah I've felt the same way, like I'm over here struggling to even find one date yet other people have 5 boyfriends a year and I feel like something is wrong with me Like I said before though I'd rather be alone and wait to find someone that can engage in a good lasting relationship with me rather than be jumping in and out of relationships all the time because I was dating just any random person that came along ya know. Just because someone can get a boyfriend/girlfriend that doesn't mean that they're happy or better off than single you.

Some of them I think actually will stand the test of time cause they aren't that kind of person who would you know make those kinds of decisions without thinking it through but others...woo! I think they're still stuck in hs with the cheating and breaking up over trivial **** so I completely agree with you.

Honestly, I just think I'm just in dire need of some d/p but that's a completely different story
