Rubeus Crimson's Crystal design looks absolutely atrocious, but I like the rest.

Well the 90s adaptation for the dark moon clan was very well done and close to the manga, probably the best out of all the villains.

At least this rubeus has some muscle definition

Clearly you did NOT read the manga because Sailor Moon R completely deviated from the manga in every way imaginable. The only thing they had in common were the characters and locations.
