RadarOnline reports that convicted child ****ographer Jose Hilario wants to be paid out $100 million because his life was pretty much the inspiration for Swift's latest album, which contains hits such as "Blank Space" and "Shake It Off."

He also claims that he had an online Skype conversation with Swift when she was 18, claiming that "she was lonely and sad and that she needed someone to chat with ." And he just happened to be that someone, so "for about over two months we chatted and had a good friendship," he says.

Hilario says in his lawsuit that he met Swift at a Rhode Island mall on April 13, 2008, where they "hugged and kissed each other."
