The main difference between us and them is that we love Rihanna but we aren't consumed by her to the point of Obsession. Like the Navy is so diverse and while we all wil STAN DOWN for Rihanna, we have our own passions, style, tastes, (I mean Rihanna covers A LOT of different genres) The Hive literally has a hive mentality. You ask a Hive member to describe themselves and they'll most likely say "Beyonce Stan" first and foremost. Like, SIS, why are you defining yourself through another person's talent and accomplishments?  Other fan bases have a few who are like that but the Hive has a reputation for being excessive and cult-like. They are the epitome of a fandom that lives through the accomplishments of their favs. I'm not talking about the casual fan who respects her work ethic. I'm talking the ones on here who spend more time making fourfivesecond threads than like pursuing their own dreams. /rant

Be that as it may, many find it entertaining so I don't see it ending soon. Refreshing to see a Rih stan that doesn't have some sort of deep personal vendetta tho.

But....Bey just had two BACK TO BACK tours that grossed more than any tour Rih's ever been on.
Bey has topped Forbes and consistently been in the top 10 for years and Rih never has.
And yay for Rih finally having ONE #1 album. I mean....that's kinda cute I guess.
Besides singles Rih is not winning in ANY area. Why would we be pressed. It's not like she's more respected or liked than Bey

To add on to your first sentence, I feel like the Hive would never put down a song by their fave or even any action of their fave like the Navy would and does tbh.

That's probably because I'm also obsessed with Beyonce/Destiny's Child and have been for like 16 years now. I'm a hybrid stan. There's actually a lot of us
