It means it was played 1308 times yesterday on monitored pop radio stations in the US. Because the Mediabase charts (the company who tracks these numbers), are 7-day charts, you always compare a specific day with the same day the week before to see if the song gained or lost spins aka if it was played more or less than the same day the week before. In this case, FFS gained 1308 spins because last week it was never played as it hadn't been released yet.
