tinashe is a very talented artist but very, very boring. have you ever watched a tinashe interview? and her look doesn't stand out at all, hence why everyone overlooks her at first. talent is obviously not the only thing needed to be a star. all that talent and potential but homegirl can't write a hit song nor can she utilize her industry endorsements/connections. she doesn't know how to play the game and i say all of this out of love
I would've said the exact same things about Rih back in 2005.
As an artist you need to evolve, and Tinashe is just at the beginning.
The dancers would definitely need to rehearse all day during 3 weeks the choreos that they've been learning & rehearsing for 6 weeks for a tour that happened only 5 months ago.
LOLOLOL Tinashe makes use of writing camps too. She just takes way too much credit for other people's work. In my opinion, she's as talented songwriter as Rihanna is - and that's a compliment.
People hype Tinashe up too much. I love Aquarius too and It's great that she's creative, writes her own songs etc but she's not bringing anything new to the table.

Her talent is enough to hype her up imo.
But we could say this in general. Most artists don't live up to their hype at least the hype created by fans. I mean we tend to overrate them all.
