oh boy.

Well the anime was amazing nonetheless, so i'm sure this will be even better since it won't be so rushed...hopefully. The only things I didn't care for in the anime-only was how small/anticlimactic the Akame vs Kurome fight felt, Leone's death, and the emperor controlling that giant teigu.

In the beginning of this chapter Yhwach said “At This Late Hour, There Is No Where Left for You to Run. An Imperfect God You Are” (Bleach Chapter 612 page 1 Manga Stream version). What makes the “Soul King” Imperfect? The reason why I think the “Soul King” is imperfect is because he has yet to find a suitable host for itself. The Soul King created Yhwach which is a “Quincy” so this will imply that he has some sort of “Quincy” power tied to itself. He created “Soul Society” hence the “Shinigami” and their powers, and “Hueco Mundo” hence the “Hollows” and their powers. Remember something Aizen said "No one stands on the top of the world. Not you, not me, not even gods. But the unbearable vacancy of the throne in the sky is over. From now on...I will be sitting on it."(he probably will but not the way that he thinks he will lol more on that later) The reason why the Soul King is not “sitting” on the thrown itself is because it has yet to find a suitable host.This theory can be supported indirectly with what happened to Uryū Ishida when Yhwach made him his “Successor” and gave him the letter A. Yhwach told Uryū straight up you were the only Gemischt (mixed) Quincy ever to “survive” the Ausw�hlen. This gives me the implication that Uryu body is “durable” enough to be a host for Yhwach if something was to ever happen to him. I now believe that Yhwach was a “failed” experiment made by the Soul King because he was not compatible enough with the Soul King to
be suitable host.

Soul King in its cocoon state
The cocoon state is how the Soul King is able to temporally keep itself alive. The Soul King body appears to be deteriorating, go back to Bleach Chapter 519 page 20 he seems to have arms in this scene. Now look at this chapter (Bleach chapter 612 page 5 Manga Stream Version) the Soul King is missing arms. The Soul King is bound to the Soul Palace so the cacoon state the Soul King is in is like a “prison” because its body cannot leave the Soul Palace.

Jūshirō Ukitake’s Kamikake
In Bleach Chapter 605 the Soul of the Soul King (the Kamikake) is in Ukitake’s “shadow” not his body because his body would not be “durable” enough to become a reliable host for the Soul King. Given all the abilities we have seen in Bleach so far, and how the Soul King is supposedly “GOD” then having an ability to do something like that would not be too far fetch. Yhwach will not be able to use his “Almighty” powers against the Soul King because the Soul King will also contain the “Almighty” powers because he has four irises instead of three, also remember what Yhwach said at the beginning of the chapter “Perhaps You Had Already Foreseen The Sun That Would Rise This Day” (Bleach Chapter 612 page 4 Manga Stream Version). This implies to me at least that Yhwach would not be able to “see” any of the Soul King abilities hence the “Kamikake” ability because the Soul King “Almighty” power would just negate his own (hopefully that makes sense). A little more proof of this can be found in Bleach Chapter 605 page 6 Ukitake says “This is Kamikake based on what was forseen”. We now know that with Yhwach three irises he can see part of the future, so the Soul King appearing to have four irises (his are just black) he could see the future as well hence why Yhwach said “Perhaps You Had Already Foreseen The Sun That Would Rise This Day”.

Ichigo and Aizen’s connection to the Soul King
Ichigo and Aizen are both candidates for a potential host for the Soul King. First off they are both transcendent beings (made up of
more than one type of power) and both are seemingly “immortal”. Aizen is immortal because of his fusion with the Hōgyoku, and we see how Ichigo is immortal because of his fight with Ulquiorra Cifer. Ulquiorra did kill Ichigo because remember hollow Ichigo told him “that if he wanted to control his power, he should not die before his return”. Ichigo did die but was revived by hollow Ichigo.

Room 46
This is possibly the room were Aizen is being held. We know Shunsui Kyōraku, and possibly Jūshirō Ukitake (he would have to if the theory I came up with earlier came to pass) are heading there. I think they are going there to implant Aizen with the Kamikake, and see if his body will be “durable” enough to be a host for the Soul King.

Kisuke Urahara and Souls for the Soul King
I think Kisuke Urahara is going to make a “sacrifice” to the Soul King in a ritualistic way, thus why everyone who was sent to the Soul Palace is going to die! It been hinted a few times first by Hiyori Sarugaki in Bleach Chapter 606 Page 10 she says “You think they are expendable as long as they can slow down the enemy advance? You had no business lettin’ Ichigo and Youruchi run off on their own…!” Kisuke did not give Hiyori a reply back for his actions. Now fast forward to Bleach Chapter 612 Manga Stream Version with Ichibei saying “Forgive me… But you cannot win against Yuhabach…” this implies to me that everyone that head to the Soul Palace is going to die. Kisuke Urahara is not a bad guy but a loyal servant to the Soul King hence why Aizen said “Urahara Kisuke, I despise you! With your great intellect, why won’t you take action? Why do you subjugate yourself to that thing?!” Urahara replies back by saying “That thing? You mean the Soul King? I understand now. You saw, didn’t you? Without the existence of the Soul King, Soul Society would split apart. He is the keystone. Without the keystone, everything falls apart easily. That is how the world works.” I think by sending people to the Soul Palacce Urahara is paying tribute to the Soul King by sacrificing souls to it. This could be the reason why the chapter is titled “Dirty”.

I actually love this about TG (and Parasyte too). There isn't a clear evil or wrong side. Both basically try to survive.

There was a 6 month time skip in the manga after the Aogiri arc, idk about the anime though

I love it when the characters who are supposed to be "evil" are given a great backstory and vice versa with the characters who are supposed to be "good" but still have an "evil" streak within them. It adds more depth to the storyline imo.
