Well. I mean. If you compare, Ellie's song currently has less than half the airplay Style has and it's still above Style.

It's not flopping by any sane person's standards, but it is underperforming by the standards set by the last two singles and the expectations set by her fanbase. It'll probably still go number one, though. The video is bound to be high budget.

No, it hasn't! But last I checked I was discussing the singles and how they're performing, not the albums behind them, so this is all quite irrelevant.

The to-date sales totals of the song are quite relevant to this thread! They didn't have anything to do with anything I posted though, unless you're implying that Style would already be in the Top 3 on iTunes had it not already sold 500k copies over the past three months or something. It definitely would be doing better, but not substantially better. Certainly not enough to reconcile the disparity.
