People coming for the whole TLC thing are just looking for reasons to hate, they'd make more sense if it was purely a charity donation (but it still would be stupid and ungrateful since it's a lot of money, and HER money). The whole point of it is to allow fans to participate (well at least that's what they say ) and it'd kind of ruin it if Katy just came in and funded the whole thing herself
