The australian date is the only one delayed so far. New Zealand and Germany are still getting this on Jan. 30th (that date might change aswell). But that doesn't mean that the US release date will change. Some European countries, Fiji, Australia and New Zealand usually get album released the friday before the US release date, but it happened other times that the US one was the first one, with the others (the one I mentioned) to follow three days later (and not prior, as usually done)

I'm still learning more about the group and I have a question. Was there a shift in direction musically and image wise sometime last year? I ask because their early videos were super teeny bopper and with like BO$$ it was like "Nah, we're grown up now." It's odd. Especially since they haven't released a full album yet.

Either way, I'm liking the 'Reflection' era. The lyrics are a bit cringeworthy sometimes but overall I like what the group is doing. Vocals front and center. Hope they can keep it together and go onto big success.

Earlier this year and over the summer, they started changing their wardrobe and remixing their songs to be more "urban" on tour. Then B0$$ came out. If you were keeping track on their tours/performances, the change seemed more gradual. However, if you're just going by music videos, it seems like a HUGE jump. Going from Me & My Girls to B0$$ is a HUGE change.

Honestly, I think it's just pure talent. Her pre-chorus simply slays, even a bit better than Normani's in my opinion.

yeah, they totally changed their direction. I believe it has a lot to do with their ages. They were too young by the time Better Together came out, but now since most of them are over 18, they will shift to a more mature demographics. sex sells you know
it's still very tame in general, but they did have a little backlash during the mv of BO$$. some of their tween fans parents complained that they showed too much skin
