Occasionally the site will block certain IPs for an hour when the server is overloaded. Happens to me and other mods and members too. Try not to have too many tabs open and it usually helps avoid the issue for me.

But it usually blocks one device and not the rest. It'll stall on my computer but not phone/tablet (w/out mobile internet).

If I get locked out on my laptop I'll disable the wifi on my cell phone and finish up what I was doing there since it is a different IP using my mobile internet connection. With the upgrade and new software this issue will hopefully be resolved!
