Katy is an amazing songwriter, she has already proven it with her ballads.
Roar is a POP SONG. She isn't trying to be all preachy and tryhard like Gagz with the song, she's just creating a bop with simple, catchy, memorable lyrics. Are these gerls not capable of understanding? And what exactly is wrong with the lyrics posted? Do people not get the float like a butterfly, sting like a bee reference?
