Taylor has marketed herself so well. 1989 is really similar to a KP record, but KP is critically mixed while 1989 is being praised by indie publications. It all comes down to image.

Right + she seems to be on the right track (working with legends and ReDone, losing weight, taking pretty pictures). The good times are coming.

LOL Gaga is a niche artist from now on. I just hope her remaining homosexuals stick with her so she can at least be a successful Broadway singer in the future. Perhaps her & Tony can become fulltime collaborators a la Sonny & Cher.
