Ciara's streaming is always great, even though her albums underperformed it's like she still a star, so that gives me hope, if they would have fully promoted her last two ,things would have been better

The only reason Ciara's albums underperform is because she ALWAYS pushes back the release date and never releases singles after the album is out. "I Bet" is an album seller, the video needs to be HUGE.
