Latinos are not a race and not all Latinos are part black.

Only some Latinos [mainly in the Caribbean because that's where they had slaves] are part black.

FYI J.Lo got some flack for using the n-word, but she and Fat Joe are from the Bronx so they're more accepted by blacks. Hip hop culture originated with blacks and Latinos in the Bronx.
