Tell em to go head and gossip, as long as your house is the size of my closet

Target commercial featuring Ariana Grande
542 words

To promote the Target edition of her upcoming album Keep Me Close (which will include lead single “Heartbreak”), Ariana produced a commercial with Target advertising the exclusive Target edition. Prior to this commercial, we knew nothing about this special edition other than the fact it exists. Now, it has been confirmed that the special Target deluxe edition will include two extra songs as well as three demo tracks; this is in addition to the tracklist of the normal deluxe edition that can be found in all stores. The commercial made its debut on Saturday Night Live this past Saturday and will air on numerous TV networks and stations all across the world very often until a couple weeks after the release of the album.
The full commercial, which is a whole minute long, starts with Ariana opening a door and walking into a red room. She is wearing a lovely white dress. She walks up to a red Target microphone in the middle of the room as the instrumental to “Heartbreak” starts playing. When she reaches the microphone, she starts singing into it. She dances to the chorus and instrumental, making moves with the mic. The red room scenes are interspersed with scenes that were shot in a white room with Ariana in a red dress instead, although the microphone is still red. Ariana sings the chorus once, then a short clip of the instrumental version is played, and then Ariana sings the second half of the chorus again. Then, the scene is blurred while the release date is shown: “1-20-15.” At this point, the commercial cuts to a scene with Ariana dancing next to the red microphone, which displays the Target edition cover art for the album; it also says “+2 extra songs / +2 demo tracks” in large font, and then, in smaller font: “Available exclusively at [Target logo] Target.” Then, the Target logo appears with the “Expect More. Pay Less.” slogan. The commercial then ends.
The full one minute commercial first aired during Azealia Banks’ second episode of SNL this season (Who approved that? You think the viewers would get pissed that they don’t get fresh entertainment, but no, they get the same artist that performed a couple episodes ago!). It aired twice; once after Azealia’s first performance and another time after her second. Critics responded positively to the commercial, saying Ariana dances flawlessly in it; they also compliment the filming of the commercial, saying the set and picture was immaculate. The full one minute commercial was also uploaded to YouTube just after SNL, and it’s well on its way to becoming a viral hit.
A 30 second version of the commercial will be in heavy rotation on all major networks as well as a shorter 15 second version for when the 30 second version cannot be squeezed in. Generally, the commercial will air at least twice an hour and often four or more times an hour. Target and Cayman Records are really pushing this album; hopefully it succeeds where “Heartbreak” did not. The album is due out January 20th barring any delays due to errors in handling or whatever the problem would be. The standard and deluxe versions will be available everywhere in addition to the Target-exclusive edition.
Buy Ariana Grande's new single "Heartbreak" on iTunes, Amazon, and Google Play TODAY!
Ariana's new album Keep Me Close is now up for pre-order at most digital and physical retailers. A press release is coming soon.

NATALIA KILLS VISITS KIIS FM, L.A ON FIRST STOP OF TOUR. TALKS COVEN de COUTURE, WHIRLWIND, EYES SHUT, ALBUM, AND OTHER THINGS.
628 words

Natalia Kills is kicking off her North American leg on her “The Definition of Bad Stadium World Tour” starting off in none other than Los Angeles, California. She dropped by KIIS FM’s studio to discuss her singles, album, tour, and other projects.
Host: Hello everybody! Today in our studio is a trailblazer, a powerhouse, an envisioner, a singer, an artiste, a model, business woman and wife. Her single which I believe you have heard numerous times since its release “Coven de Couture” has sold over 700,000 copies and her sophomore album “The Definition of Bad” has sold over 500,000 copies in its first week making this Natalia’s biggest week opening for any of her albums. She is currently embarking on her stadium world tour and she picked no other place but here, L.A to begin. Natalia Kills, how are you feeling?
Natalia: I’m feeling incredible.
Host: So why did you pick Los Angeles as the city you wanted to kick off this world tour with?
Natalia: L.A is really special to me. When I was not big and I had not really made any studio music or worked with any producers, I sang in a local pub here in L.A and the reception I got was truly humbling. It was one of those moments that I actually believed in myself as an artiste and so in putting together this show, I told them that we had to stop at the City of Angels first before anywhere else in the world.
Host: And the show is so huge. We know that you booked the tour for arenas but because of huge demand, you had to move the shows to stadiums and they are now all sold out. Are you nervous? Do you feel any jitters? I mean you are playing STADIUMS now.
Natalia: Of course I feel jitters! You should never stop feeling jitters as an artiste because that will be the day you are no longer excited or not appreciative and you don’t in return give you fans your 110%. I’m jittery but I have confidence in the show, I have confidence in the work that has been put into this show, I have confidence in myself as an artiste and my craft…I just cannot honestly wait for this show to begin.
Host: It starts tonight right?
Natalia: Yes, tonight!
Host: You released 2 new promotional singles, “Eyes Shut”, and “Whirlwind”…what can you tell us about them?
Natalia: Well, they are incredibly amazing songs. I put a lot of work into them, I mean, I put a lot of work into my album and these are just 2 songs that show very opposite sides of the album, the sad and the happy. They’re just both equally amazing tracks.
Host: And your single “Coven de Couture”, it seems to have been everywhere lately. How do you feel about its success?
Natalia: I mean, it’s the first song we picked for this new era and it’s ultimately what has carried this entire album. The reception has just been amazing. I never knew how many people were even interested in my work but the single has sold what? Over 700,000 copies, it’s insane. I would love for the song to go #1 though. I would like that a lot, perhaps even top 3…but the song is still on the rise, I mean it moved from #7 to #5, it’s just been really exciting.
Host: Okay Natalia, we will see you this evening at the Dodgers Stadium. Have a lot of fun tonight.
Natalia: Thank you love.
Host: And here it is, Coven de Couture by Natalia Kills.
Coven plays!

Taylor Swift has had a successful past few weeks with the release of her first ever greatest hits album entitled ‘Yours: The Greatest Hits’, a record which has spawned a number one single right out of the park, becoming the singer songwriter’s ninth number one single and her thirteenth top three single, marking her place as being and holding the record of the female with the most number ones this decade. It appears to be that the American singer songwriter is looking to add onto her list of top three singles and number one singles along with her record label, Tigerlily Recordings, one of the most successful labels, as Swift and friend Justin Bieber (along with Hype Records) have decided to release the collaboration between the two friends ’Too Good To Lose’ (the two have collaborated before on a track called ‘Time After Time’, which too topped the singles charts back in early 2013).
The Canadian and American singers and songwriters have planned a huge promotional campaign for the song where the two will embark on an extensive promotion tour, not separately but together to promote the song that was written by the two. “The tour’s pretty really grueling and sort of brutal in a way but for how long Justin and Taylor have been in the industry and how much music they’ve released, we’re sure it’ll be no problem for the two to deal with. They’re used to it. They love promoting their stuff just as much as they love making it so. It’ll all go well.” Lillian Foxx, the label head of Tigerlily Recordings told the press today when asked about whether or not the two would promote the song together or apart.
The two would arrive at Z100 Studios this morning where they’d give an interview on the station and would even sing a shortened version of the song acoustically for the biggest radio station in the state and New York City. Justin would be asked some questions separately in the interview, along with Taylor. The two would then be given questions where they both give answers. They never once interrupted each other to answer but instead exchanged glances when one was allowed or when the other wanted the other to answer first. Justin’s questions were far more laid back than Taylor’s, who was asked questions that were very straight forward and honest, just how she liked them.
The singer was asked about where she was in her personal life and where she was in her musical career. There’s been much talk about the singer wanting to settle down and get married. That was asked along with the question about how far she’s come and aged and if that has anything to do with the new sound she’s planning on taking with the next record and really the sound she took with new tracks on the greatest hits record. “I’m in a really good and tranquil place really. The past few albums were of relationships that ended or crashed and burned, or flourished for a moment. This record and the upcoming ones aren’t going to be as relationship centric. They’re going to be about things I want to write about now. I’m happily in love, hopefully for quite some time, but I want to write about what I’ve learned, about what I find interesting, about what the growth I’ve made as a person and as a lover. So you can say that I am far more mature than I’ve ever been. I don’t have time to beef with people on Twitter. I don’t have time for the petty drama. I’m here to promote and make music for the fans who are buying my stuff. There’s only thing I have to cater to and that’s my fans.”
Taylor was also asked about what song on the charts she was really enjoying right now. "On the charts right now I'd say the song I'm enjoying the most would be.... would be. I'm really enjoying the new Lena song 'Trouble'. I think she has quite the hit on her hands with that song.
The two would then perform the songs acoustically. Their albums ‘The Collection and More’ and ’Yours: The Greatest Hits’ are out now.

Cara Delevingne on 60 Minutes, Announces The Distant World Tour
630 Words
Cara Delevingne might be in Australia at the moment, she did a few United Kingdom appearances last week to promote her brand new album 'Distant Horizon', one of them was filming an episode of 60 Minutes featuring her to be broadcasted this week. The show highlighted various parts of Cara's regular day, the music she's creating or working on right now, the promotion for her brand new album and even announced at the end the beginning of her second world tour, titled 'The Distant World Tour'.
The show started with the host presenting Cara's career, including multiple facts such as the number of records sold, her first tour's gross and attendance and other facts stans would later use to drag other stans' faves. The host then presented Cara's appearance in the UK, announcing she is promoting her brand new album 'Distant Horizon'. After the introduction, the show shows us a clip of Cara walking through the streets of London followed by tons of paparazzi and her talking with the host for the interview. "It feels amazing to be here in the UK again, I'm home!" she says speaking of how she missed the country. "But I also love exploring many other countries, one of the positive sides of having a hectic schedule that goes into performing around the world is that, I get to see so many places and cultures!"
They discuss a few topics such as Cara's relationship with Kendall, until they reached a Starbucks shop at which Cara took a coffee and conversed a little with the people in the shop who recognized her. "I'm happy with what I've managed to achieve. Isn't it amazing to have people loving you throughout the country?" says Cara. Later in the show though, Cara Delevingne talked about the negative sides effects of her fame: "It obviously gets very excessive. You've seen how the paparazzi were following us, and it's basically like this every single day. Most days I'm ok with it we even talk together and all but others I'm just in a bad news and some paparazzi are more aggressive, it's terrible." she says on the subject. "But that's what the whole concept behind Distant Horizon. Making everything as positive as possible, and I love how that theme just follows me everywhere. It was built on my own constant experiences after all."
Later, the episode shows us performances of 'La Belle' and 'Honey' which were taken from her performances at the Stade De France concert she held last week, and which will soon air on TV. To end the show, a clip of Cara announcing a brand new tour was shown. She is sitting down wearing a simple dress and talks about the tour and the inspiration behind it and the name:
"I'm very happy to announce my brand new worldwide stadium tour, which for now only comprises of 4 dates but more will soon be added. The dates are now available on my web site and on Livenation's official website, and tickets are also now available. Every ticket sold will also include the price of my new album 'Distant Horizon' and the copy will be sent to you soon after your purchase of the ticket. The purchase will count as a sale for the album as you are paying for it.
I decided to call this the 'Distant World' tour due to the fact that it's going to be visiting different places around the world and will even start at a place I've never been to before, The tour is indeed starting in Asia, in Japan to be more precise."
01/13/15 - National Stadium, Tokyo - Japan
01/14/15 - Olympic Stadium, Beijing - China
01/15/15 - Hong Kong Stadium, Hong Kong - China
01/16/15 - Meydan, Dubai - UAE

NATALIA KILLS GUEST MENTORS ON THE VOICE US + PERFORMS COVEN de COUTURE AND MEDLEY OF “EYES SHUT” AND “WHIRLWIND”
627 words
.png)
After a long week of promo and kicking off her “The Definition of Bad World Tour”, Natalia Kills continued to take over the world of entertainment by stopping by The Voice US to mentor the kids. It was a onetime thing and Natalia remained calm, collected, and nice as she always is. A breakdown of what happened.
It was another day at the voice. Contestants busied themselves with vocal warm-ups and things to keep their voices up and spirits alive. Not knowing what was going on, they got called to stage and as they all gathered, Natalia Kills stepped out.
Natalia was wearing a piece from her own line and stilletos. She had a hat on and her hair was in a ponytail. She looked really elegant yet very casual. She went up to the contestants and she hugged them, gave them kisses on cheeks, and went back to stand at her original location.
She began to address the contestants:
“I was called here today to give you guys a little talk. Now I know that you are all really talented and from what I see, you are all absolutely good looking too…those are already 2 checks in the checklist of this industry so you should be proud of yourself. One thing you do need to know though is the kind of artiste you are. I know that we all grow up listening to all different kinds of music and sometimes, most times than not, the music begins to rub off on you. It’s a really good thing but my advice to you is to not be confused by the sound. Know your own sound, know what works for you, sing songs that are right for your voice and if you are a songwriter like I am, then write songs that do your voice justice. You can have so much talent and then get lost in the cycle of this industry because they don’t really know where to put you. It’s good to be diverse, I’m not saying you should be rigid as an artiste, be as flexible as you want but when its time for you to put out an album, or put out music, make sure you have a sound that you can be recognized by. If it’s a tone of voice, if it’s something you say at the beginning of each song, if it’s a genre that you always do…always have a brand for yourself. That’s my major lesson for you lot today. Any questions?”
One of the contestants then asks “You became so successful in such an amount of time, are there any secrets that we should know? Like how to write a hit single? Or how to get inspiration?”
Natalia anwers:
“I couldn’t tell you how to write a hit single or how to get inspired. Inspiration comes in so many ways and what inspires you may not inspire me. It’s just a matter of knowing who you are and then building up on the talent and skills you already have.”
Natalia answered a couple more questions and then hugged the contestants before leaving.
All these were caught on camera and shown on the live show. Immediately after the clip rolled, the host then said “PLEASE WELCOME NATALIA KILLS”
The audience roared in applause and Natalia stepped out on stage wearing a crop top, tight jeans, and stilettos. She took the microphone to do a little medley of “Eyes Shut” and “Whirlwind” before breaking into “Coven de Couture” which she performed in full.
The host announced that her single and album was now available and directed them to places they could purchase it.

Cara Delevingne releases 'Honey: The Remixes EP' and 'Honey Remix (Feat. Azealia Banks)' along with Remix Lyric video
]518 Words

To further promote her brand new single 'Honey' taken from her new album 'Distant Horizon' Cara Delevingne released both a Remixes EP and Remix with Azealia Banks, which are contributing at the moment to giving the song more and more attention as it's near predicted to debut as a full out single within the top 5 if not the top 3.
The official remix released as remix single with Azealia Banks was recorded a few weeks ago as Azealia Banks was starting the promotion for her brand new album (Out this week) titled 'The Dying Stars' which is promoted by the single 'Metamorph'.
"Working with Azealia was amazing, she changed the song completely and made it even better then it originally was. I'm so excited to finally release this remix for you guys. It also is featured on the new Honey Remixes EP!, you can now buy bought the remix single and the Remixes EP on ITunes and other digital retailers, and will soon be released physically!" Cara said through a tumblr and facebook post which she shared on her twitter and instagram as well spreading the word about them.
A lyrics video for the remix was released and shows Cara and Azealia rapping and singing the different lyrics in avery dark setting to the point where their faces were barely recognizable.
The Remix EP contains multiple remixes form various DJs and producers, here's the track list:
The EP starts off with the Azealia Banks remix which was released as a Remix single promoting the original song. It follows with a disco remix of the song, which was created by Giorgio Moroder right after he finished working on his own songs for 'Distant Horizon' and which Cara absolutely wanted to put on the Remixes EP as she loved it. This remix also features a simplistic dance breakdown with the disco influences, Benny Blanco remixed the third version of 'Honey' on the EP, the song is a lot more pop sounding, with a catchy chorus which Cara re-recorded for the remix. The radio edit of the song was also featured on the EP, and so was the instrumental of the song. The critics are already praising Cara's remixes, just like they did for the 'La Belle' remixes. Those remixes will allow more people into listening to Cara Delevingne as they are created to appeal to various groups of people and have different genres.
1. Honey Remix (Feat. Azealia Banks)
2. Honey (Moroder Disco Remix)
3. Honey (Benny Blanco Remix)
4. Honey (Radio Edit)
5. Honey (Instrumental)
The Remix EP and even the Remix single with Azealia Banks will also be released physically starting tomorrow worldwide in stores, Target will also give Cara a section for her alone n all their branches, that section would features different copies of her albums 'Cara' which was her debut and 'Distant Horizon' her new album, the remix eps for her songs and the physical editions of her singles along with some merchandise and more. The original version of 'Honey' is featured on the new album 'Distant Horizon' and is now available for purchase.
