And thank you, I don't feel I deserve a medal purely because of the way that I overrated given the situation. Sure I could have quit, but I also could have been like you week after week, taking everything on the chin, not having a big fit and faux-threaten to quit. That was unnecessary. It just goes to show what this game does to you when you're giving it everything though I guess, at least that much can't be taken away from me, that I was dedicated, haha.

Y'all better step it up for the finale because y'all did not submit your best work for the past two weeks

Please:
- BE ORIGINAL
- Scan your song for cliches and if there are a lot, KILL 'EM
- Pay attention to rhythm
- Have a strong theme: "This song is a love song built on metaphors/similes about hummingbirds/nature" is a good theme. "This song is a love song" is not.
- Cut stray words if they clutter the song. Look especially for the word THAT. It's unnecessary 90% of the time.
- Don't force rhymes. If you find yourself REALLY searching for a rhyme, you're forcing it. Stop. Rewrite the line.
