Round 12: The Finale

This round consists of THREE different parts that will be averaged together to determine the winner. Part 1 will count for 50% of your score. Parts 2 and 3 will each count for 25% of your score.


Part 1: Give Me That Title
In honor of Meghan Trainor's upcoming album release I decided to bring back a round I scratched earlier this season in favor of the Lana Del Rey title challenge. All three of you will write a song with the same title. Do what you want with the song as long as it fits the title (and preferably has the title in the lyrics). The title is: Feels Like A Dream.

Part 2: Your Greatest Hit
There will be a public voting aspect of the challenge as well. However, instead of the public voting on your Finale song, you will submit your favorite song from yourself this season. There will be a poll in the lounge (as long as it doesn't get closed hihi), and people will be allowed to vote in the thread as well.

Part 3: The Re-Up
Finally, I want you each to find your least favorite song of the season. It doesn't have to be your lowest scoring song, just one you think you can improve the most. You can rewrite verses, choruses, even the entire thing as long as it still fits the challenge and resembles your original song. You must also keep the same title. When submitting this song please attach your original song as well as the edited version.

That's not really possible to do with an ATRL poll though, or any type of poll If it's public we can see if anyone's recruiting their fan base or their friends or whatever.

A three part finale? I'm not unpleasantly surprised actually, I was kind of hoping there'd be a big epic challenge. So, we need to write a song called "Feels Like A Dream"... hmm, that should be interesting. I can work with that. Oh, and we need to submit our best song. I've got four obvious ones to pick from so I guess that's not so bad. And then I have to fix-up my worst song... ah man. This is gonna be a tough week. Good luck everyone!
