They are not promoting it. Miley was umm yesterday i think in that Ryan Seacrest show and she performed it but she dint mention it was gettin released on iTunes :-/

They really should've, and its not even in the pop 100 yet. Trust me, I think this has nothing to do with the demand of the song, it should've been charting already, but noone knew it was on iTunes.
