There is a bit of an inconsistency going on though. Mona's killer was not wearing the black mask -A now wears when s/he broke in (you can see bits of face) so wouldn't his/her face be caught on camera?

This. Especially Spencer who's obviously the only one with a brain But I guess they were desperate for their friend not to go to jail, so blaming Ali was so much easier.

I can't believe anyone would blame the girls for saying Alisson is A despite the countless times they've given her to explain herself and the girl just keeps lying and being shady. She could have told them what's happening once and for all but she keeps avoiding confrontation or replying questions with parables. She deserves it.
I mean even when Jason asked where she was on the night of Mona's murder, she also dodged that question.
I seriously have NO ****ing clue what's going on. I don't understand **** from this show.
Its the biggest troll/mind **** EVER.
Characters just popping up out of the blue/disappearing without explanations. One day, someone is good, the next day he/she is the #1 A suspect.
And i was DYING at how they were trying to turn Mona into a saint or some ****. Sure, she tried to help them in the end. But everyone like FORGOT so easy at what Mona has done to them. Just like that.
This is one of the main problems of this show. Its like, every episode is a whole other show. Most things that happened in the past are forgotten.
We've spend the last 6-7 episodes with the girls trying to prove that Ali is A and that she is the one that killed Mona. It was too obvious that Ali was NOT A or Mona's killer. And now that they framed her, they instantly find out that she's not A and are now probably going to help her get out. Scrapping EVERYTHING that happened during the past few episodes.
And how many ****ing times are they going to pull the 'Oh, we finally found out who A is, we found out who the killer of ______ is, now its time to relax and live a normal life' then BOOOM, A sents them a message at the very end of the episode telling them ONCE AGAIN that they are wrong and the real A is still out there.
Like, haven't you learned already?
