BTWB made its gross in way less dates, played in places Safety couldn't find on a map and did it predominantly in stadiums. Not even Lady Starlight could bring its power down.

I remember when I said on Operation Gaga (a forum) that G.U.Y. would turn out to be a gigantic flop & make Marry The Night's chart success look like Rolling In The Deep in comparison since since the song is mediocre at best and really goes nowhere. Those losers permabanned me from predicting the truth. Sorry that I had to share this here but I can't go into the Gaga base thread and I wanted to share this story sooooooo

G.U.Y. is good. The era wasn't going to go anywhere, it had nothing to do with the song. Everybody was tired of the era (including us).
I was helping my cousin & his room mates move in into his apartment in Long Beach since he got accepted into college over there a few days ago. One of his roommates was an international exchange student from Oman (some country in the Middle-East) and he kept on replaying Dark Horse (& other songs) on his iPad out loud. He wasn't gay as well. I was surprised to see a non-American / non-Australian enjoy Katy. Was jealous since I never hear anyone play a Gaga song out loud anymore.
