No. Hot 100 would count it if it used 30 secs of BS music, but as it is a cover (and a mashup) it is not the same acoustic fingerprint and so won't contribute to Hot 100 streams.

It does seem to be acting as an advert for Style though. It is clearly helping boost sales of this album track, which is currently sitting at 22 on US iTunes and selling almost 60k this week.

One thing I'm not sure about STYLE is its MV (Which becomes very important for chart performance nowadays).
