Applause completely got destroyed by Roar. It was freaking embarrassing. Unbroken, whose cast is filled with nobodies, is doing around the same as Into The Woods. Unbroken is a great success, especially since the Hollywood Propaganda Machine did everything to stop the movie from smashing. The "Applause" comparison makes no sense, sorry.

I have a hard time believing she outgrossed Taylor & Bey in most American major cities when those two sell a million copies of their album within about a week while Katy needs a bunch of radio payola, shameless promotion & countless #1s (well, I guess not anymore) to scan Platinum in a few months. LOL l mean, she was the sole attraction to a 750M grossing movie last year and now she's directing her own hit movie.
