Never cared about sales, not going to start today, tomorrow, or the day after that. I hope my favorites, if they serve for quality/filth, gets the coins they deserve, but that's as far as I care.

I'm not 100% sure but I'm pretty sure OC was planning on coming back before Dress To Kill even dropped.

You obviously did not watch MAMA where everyone was dead for Good Boy then lost their **** when Fantastic Baby came on. Its annoying but its a Kpop staple along with Gee, Lucifer, I am the best, and Nobody by the Wondergirls.

my point exactly. Its not like i'm saying people have **** taste I have songs I like that no one else will like but when it comes down to it, OC got the bop instead of AS who couldve if they cameback but didn't because OC was the ones who were going to sell like hotcakes not afterschool.

And personally I would of rather had that TLC creep style comeback I told you about from Pledis than MY copycat.

If OC came back with a song like "Creep" that wouldn't have made any sense and would've gone against what the whole point of OC is.

Because I know y'all hate long posts, I'll put what I feel in here:

FOR THOSE WHO CARE

After School was already SUPPOSED to have came back but there's been trouble deciding on a lead single, plus now with all this talk that Jooyeon is leaving, Beauty Bible, also PLEDIS trying to go into the market in China, it made more sense to have OC be on top because they knew that OC would sell but that doesn't mean that it was solely just for sales when they let Kahi finally get to do what she wanted and Son Dambi did her thing with that Jjong track and Nu'est released their debut that nobody talked about, but it all still happened.

Regardless, I'm not blind to the dictation that sales have on the labels/music industry as a whole but it doesn't take away from the impact/power of a song. That's all I'm saying.

Sorry for all this PLEDIS/AS talk lately, I'll live it to the pro like Hitori.

EDIT: Y'all not going to try Bey like that like she doesn't have success and will forever be better than our favorites.

Pledis thought it'd be more profitable for OC to comeback instead of A.S, while the remaining A.S. members were on Beauty Bible. They thought that having OC promoted more regularly would increase their popularity and in turn, sell more. Unfortunately for them, it backfired with My Copycat (and Abing Abing if you're counting that) which gave them their lowest sales for a properly promoted single digitally (the song) of their OC career while the single album was their lowest since their second mini back in 2010.

So really, My Copycat took the space of what could of been an A.S comeback.

Pledis seems to be interested in making money, as everyone and their mother knows they've been struggling. Beauty Bible luckily was successful and gained the other members and Pledis a bit, and we're yet to see if the popularity of the show effects the groups popularity or sales when they do comeback.

I mean, people can say what they want about A.S. but they've always sold fairly, and for the most part, better than OC - despite what many people would be led to believe.
