Cabin in the woods is probably one of the best in the horror comedy genre along with shaun of the dead, dead alive, evil dead 2 and Behind the mask I can't get enough of them tbh.

I just saw an old feel really scary movie. Not to spoil it but it's a play on the haunted house genre and was actually worth it. Check out Altar. Good movie.

Just watched The Guest. Not a ghost kinda horror movie it's still categorized under horror/thriller.
It was amazing tbh. The lead actor looks a lot like Calvin Harris

I just saw Starry Eyes and wow well first of all, the editing and soundtrack are incredible. I wasn't much one for the cinematography since it was fairly obvious it was low budget but the rest of the production was phenomenal. The story itself was very interesting, and while I prefer Mulholland Drive for the "Hollywood underworld" type theme, Starry Eyes was still an amazing take on it. The entire second half was insane and the ending gave me a small G.U.Y. - An ARTPOP Film tea but it was definitely a great watch.

I'm excited for Green Inferno to finally get released The Final Girls sounds really good too (though ugh Taissa Farmiga), and then the new Amityville horror has an amazing director
