This is like exactly the musical direction I want her to go in. No mainstream acts incorporate J-pop elements into their music, it would suit Gaga's voice and music perfectly and she has such a huge Japanese fanbase. I don't know why she hasn't gone in that direction yet.

I agree a 100% with you. It's also more my thing, I love upbeat music. But do think she need a whole other direction for the next one, though. I think it's a bit too late for this kind of music. But perhaps it could work, I don't know.

The videography rate will start in 1-2 hours, depending on how quickly I can type the rate numbers into Excel and write up a few of the videos, but I'm looking over the PMs now, and you all did "The Edge of Glory" WRONG.

Also, if you still care to submit your votes for the videography rate, I'll still be taking votes until I'm ready to start the countdown. They're easy to add with Excel. Check the first post on page 1326 for the ballot and for information on the rate.

can't for the shock of the year when Bad Romance is at #1

Telephone is a better music video than Bad Romance even though I gave both a 10

Actually, others must have thought "Bad Romance" was overrated as well. There are going to be surprises in this rate.

I think BR is overrated as well... mmm now I'm thinking if I should have given it a lower score

I wish ARTPOP included J-Pop/EDM/Trap bops like this

It kind of sounds like a future Britney album track to be honest.

I wish ARTPOP explored more adventurous production, but I'm glad she put way more focus on melody and hooks than a lot of k/jpop stuff I've heard. It's too soft and subtle for Gaga.

Wait I want to send in a rate let me think about it real quick

My votes were a mixture of my feelings about MVs and correcting/balancing out the wrong scores I knew yall would give.

[Poe Dameron]

The fact Yeezus has been certified platinum because of its shipments whereas it's only sold 630,000 copies. ARTPOP should be certified platinum tbh

[Stark]

My lowest score was a 6.5 and I gave it to 2 videos

[z10]

Bad Romance is her best video. The plot is flawless. The second verse- end of the video is genius.

[Teneo]

I'm ready to see You and I be one of the worst voted ones even if it is her best. Nothing will surprise me in this base anymore

I love the Y&I video, idk why it's so hated here.
