I think she'll definitely do a bigger South American leg this time esp. if the demand in U.S. or Europe is slower than the last tour.
South America has a much bigger chance than East Asia or Australia. She forgot land exists beyond Tel Aviv years ago.
It's probably to do with the costs of moving all the tour stuff to Oceania but it's stupid because she could easily gross a lot of money, why can't her team recognise that

also even if Katy manages to place in the top 20 tours this time around, the 198Divine tour and Madead's Retired Rebel's tour will push her back out again
