Definitely Greg Kurstin. Sia gave her some song or songs, at least one was turned down. Surely she has some songs written with Aben Eubanks and Jason Halbert. Jesse Shatkins said in a recent interview that there would probably be two or three songs (co)written by him on Kelly's new album. Quite long ago there was some info that Shontelle and Claude Kelly might have written (not together though) some songs for her. On ASCAP there are registred some songs with Kelly as the performer and the songs appeared there after Stronger:

I know that she doesn't have a topmodel's figure now but with good dress they can easily achieve a more than decent look. We need the music video because of the stupid Billboard rules that count streams. Surely we can think that Kelly's lead single will do well based on Kelly's name and the comeback single label alone but there's no use giving up on anything that could help. I ain't here for the music video to be released 2 months after the release of the song.
