Remember The Front Bottoms? They were a part of my New Artist Spotlight some time ago, and they return to the #15 slot of my Top 100 of 2013. This song is best saved for when you're in a depressed mood, but I grew to love it for its lyrical honesty. Check the music video for hot shirtless guys.

Kacey finally reappears on my Top 100 of 2013! Follow Your Arrow is an incredible song that I love with all of my heart. I wish more country songs were like this, and I wish this could have somehow crossed over into the mainstream. Still, this was a pretty sizeable hit for Kacey. I absolutely love her songwriting style.

The original version of Change Your Life featuring T.I. is okay, but I think Iggy completely slays her second verse on this solo version. As the follow-up single to Bounce, I didn't quite know what to expect from a then-widely unknown Iggy Azalea, so I was pleasantly surprised when Iggy released this earworm as her third single in Europe.

Rock N Roll really shouldn't be this high based on quality alone, but I can't even begin to tell you how much life I got out of this song. This song just makes you flip the bird throughout the verses and chorus, and makes you feel like you're on top of the world in an incredible in-your-face and bratty kind of way. I love it. I wish Avril's image would evolve just a bit so she wouldn't have to constantly serve singles like this one though.

Same Love immediately struck a chord with me because it's a hip-hop song with a message in support of same-sex marriage. I wanted this to be the second single off of The Heist, so when this was finally chosen as the third single, I was ecstatic. While Same Love wasn't a flop, it definitely deserved to be a bigger smash.
10. Robin Thicke feat. T.I. & Pharrell - Blurred Lines "Maybe I'm going deaf / Maybe I'm going blind / Maybe I'm out of my mind... What rhymes with hug me?"
The controversy over this song made it all the more inescapable. We all remember Blurred Lines. This song was everywhere. It slayed us all, at least until we realized what a terrible song and video it actually is. By then, it was too late. The damage was done and this song became a piece of pop culture central to the fabric of 2013.
