That's not true at all. African American culture is a legit thing and it's real and compelling. Gay culture is essentially just bits and pieces of hetero culture / western culture blended together by those in that culture.

African American culture has roots and origins. Think about it. It might be really negative and sad stuff but that doesn't mean it's 'not culture!!'
