Not sure why people always talk about her enunciation. Sure, in the studio it can be hard to understand her but she's always crystal clear when she's singing live. Her range is better than anyone else's in the music industry and her underrated versatility is commendable on so many levels. I just don't get why people come for her when she sings 100x better than her peers. You sound stupid.

Other than her enunciation, not much. People are salty because she's the new Mariah. I don't like her as a person but her voice is amazing and anyone who says otherwise is a biT psychotic tbh.

Ariana does use autotune though. It's terrible I wish she didn't cause she sounds absolutely perfect without them, but in some songs it's clear she does.

Leona, Mariah, and Christina all have small, lyric-sized voices.

I like her voice, but she is overrated because of that whistle register she has. Diction and placement are her main issues - she can sound kind of whiny and congested sometimes. The voice is nowhere near as powerful as some claim it to be either.

But again, I like her voice.

I don't think I'm going to believe this excuse after this has been the excuse of a lot of ATRL members when it comes to autotune.

Her enunciation is horrible. Aside from that, she mixes so much on her upper belts that they just don't sound impressive upon hearing them because they lack resonance and volume. Her breath support is sometimes troubling.

She's a great vocalist, but her two biggest faults (mainly enunciation above anything) are very hard to miss and that's her biggest issue.

Kind of breathy and terrible enunciation. Also, I wont mind if she is very focus on technic but when she obmits expressing emotion

I'm not a fan of her mixed belts. They don't do anything for me and they're quite annoying.

I actually like her head voice a lot though. I would rather she access that and smooth out her songs to compliment her buttery tone instead of her belting, which is grating and causes her to go sharp live.

Hitting the notes =/= owning the note.
She can hit an F5, or an E7, but the quality is where she's lacking. She can hit them because her natural voice is already high enough that those notes are in her "natural" range. And even if they are natural for her, what should be expected is that she has resonance (ring) on her voice, but that's not the case. Her voice end up sounding like Minney Mouse, with no resonance, no depth.

Her enunciation is just terrible, her runs are always out of place, almost trying too hard to show off that she can hit the notes, but she always fail.

No amount of practice will help her, her voice is always and will always be that squeaky tiny sound. Her enunciation she can work on, but resonance is something you have to be born with, and this is what separates vocalists from great singers - Mariah separating herself from Mariah clones such as Ariana, Leona, or sometimes Christina.
Christina has great resonance, but she blocks it off in favour of that screaming (even though I lover her vocal style).

This is why I love being a part of the Lambily. Even though many of us may not be able to sing, we have listened, analyzed Mariah's voice to the extent that we know exactly what notes she's hitting. We just know the technicalities of what makes a great voice.

Ariana is a good vocalist and will only get better with hard work but she is NOT the new Mariah(she cannot be duplicated or replaced) and I wish people would stop saying that.
