Not saying that pledis hasnt done things wrong... but people should start taking into consideration that Pledis is a really small company... i get Kahi leaving, it was so long ago since she had her CB... but as for the rest AS... well OC brings the money atm so its understandable to be a lot of focus towards them... AS could CB this summer but the GIRLS decided not to.. The Girls dont sit doing nothing they have a very successful variety show... Uee is also pretty successful and get attention.. Jooyeon also had some acting roles... kaeun starts to get attention and some work outside AS... the only ones that deserve to Bitch are Jungah and E-young...

so yeah Pledis isn't they best but i think people are very judgmental towards them...

I think it's better for Kahi and Juyeon to look for a better company to sign to at this point in their careers. Pledis can't handle them all, and we should remember Pledis has a lot of debt so we can't blame them for over-promoting OC, and letting AFTER5CHOOL stick to the success of Beauty Bible. They should promote Jungah and E-Young more at this point though.

As i said i get why Kahi leaves... her debut floped and its been so while and she havent done anything... and at this point Pledis just cant afford to give her another CB which most probably flop as well...

As for Jooyeon i also get why she is leaving... she wants to be an actress and Pledis isnt an acting agency.... Also Jooyeon isnt Uee who already has a name in the acting industry and she will get jobs no matter which company she is... Jooyeon needs a company that will train her and focus on her ... Pledis just cant do it...
