Second, it's old (2009 or 2010).
Finally, when these proves aren't helping Kesha AT ALL, it doesn't mean that she lied or that Luke wasn't abusive.
Of course, they had a great realtionship at some point, they seemed VERY close. But things change fast. He was probably abusive towards her after Kesha found success.

Yeah but they are slanting it to make it seem as though she is 'leading him on'. If I were on the jury, it'd make a difference to me if she actually handwritten hotter verses the printed card that she randomly bought saying 'hotter' as a playful joke.
There's a bunch of witty/joking cards like that at like every CVS, it doesn't mean much to me.
But in the end she's still probably going down without other people coming forward so I guess it doesn't matter
The card is undated and like I said likely sent around September 2010. It is absolutely not a reflection of how their relationship has always been but merely a reflection of how their relationship was at the time it was sent.
If you put it into perspective, around the time the card was sent, that's one of the least things Kesha could do to thank him for her new success.
