I agree, sales in the US are bound to get higher. I don't think right round is as good as Low, but I'm glad a song has finally broken the 500k mark in a week.

Lol I'm sure it will hit #1 on Hot 100 this week. Now it seems like every lead single from a coming album of any artist will gather massive digital sales and rocket to #1. Anyway I'm glad that sales are being revived thanks to the advance of IT
Talking about singles and albums, the fact is that before CD was invented singles were the major mean of music release. After that albums became much cheaper and accessible so single sales started declining (would buy a cd with 12 songs or another one with only 1 song if they're priced exactly the same ?). iTunes has brought back the scene. Single is now about 1/7 of the album price, so yay, SINGLEEEEEE !!

No, but the press says it will break Eminem (418k), and could reach 500,000. The average #1 single may get 315-330 points with everything combined. Anything beyond 300k + a little airplay = #1, basically.

And if this can do as much as 550k, why can't the right artist and song possibly do 1,000,000 soon? All you need is radio play for a couple weeks and then a release.
