Gaga looks more like a superstar when she's blond. Black/Brunette hair= flop.
Yess!! And if she's blond, she's very confident! I know she's confident whatever color her hair is, but if she's blond, she's not the only one who's feelin' that confidence, we do too can feel her confidence.
The hairline worked there though, I'm not sure it has recently.
