Even if I don't agree with it, AB has a genuine reason not to like her. Why should have to just forget her racism statements if she doesn't want to.

She's not bringing up all these other white chicks who tried or are trying to do the exact same thing (Kreay, Debbie, that stripper one who's name I can't remember rn) because she has no personal beef with them. But you can't really be talking about this larger picture and excluding all of these names, especially when she's CLEARLY aware of them, just because Iggy happens to be at the forefront of it.
Its not fair because Iggy can't really respond in any kind of way that will seem justified or in the right. She's kind of at a check mate when it comes to this certain conversation. And to put the whole burden and blame straight on her shoulder's isn't right either. But AB doesn't care, and she shouldn't since its clearly something that does run deep within her.

I'm glad she responded. Azealia's interview was very true and I agree with most of what she said but targeting one person specifically wasn't the way to go. She could perhaps have mentioned more of how the media and their perception of Iggy was more problematic and how that reflects many of society's deep rooted issues regarding race... but to then trash her work and artistic value is pathetic and far from the topic at hand and when someone does that it can make anyone mad, so I wouldn't be opposed to Iggy at least speaking up about it. AFTER ALL, Azalea herself already called out Iggy before for sitting on the sidelines and saying nothing, and now she's saying SOMETHING, which is probably what Azalea hoped for anyways.
