She is beyond talentless, but so are a majority of today's African American rappers, yet they get a free pass. Lord knows that if Weezy or Drake was White, he would receive 10x more backlash than he already does, which says a lot.
It's a promo method to squeeze as much money possible out of consumers. It's the same reason that a lot of albums have "Exclusive Target Bonus Tracks;" to get people who might have already bought the album on iTunes or Amazon to go out and buy the album with the track(s) that's unavailable on other versions.
