Justin Timberlake is the worst actor in the history of the universe
Agreed. Yer signature is still terrible, but it looks like you and I have found some common ground here, sir.

Jennifer Lawrence was better than Bale and Cooper. I change my mind on Adams but the movie was terrible in general and I'm glad the Oscars refused to award that film-form of mediocrity.
Borrowed Time isn't bad.
Jennifer Lawrence isn't better than anyone. And Sorkin already explained this.

I still don't get why people think Amy was bad in American Hustle. People always say her accent was off but that was the point. She was playing a PHONY Brit. Amy came off better in that movie than J-Law imo. J-Law came off embarassingly amateur in that movie and we know she can act. She either can't play sexy (which we know aint true ) or she was once again miscast (likely true.)
She singlehandedly made AH a comedy with her acting.
And people were praising her for it.
Amy Adams wasn't awful in "American Hustle." Adams' problem is that she essentially plays herself (her personality is boring, in real life) in all of her films. So, as a result, all of her characters are boring, just like her. There's a problem when her character in "American Hustle" is virtually identical to her Lois Lane in "Man of Steel." Yowza. Aye, can we get a medic to fix this.
I feel like the plot is one big Daddy why don't you love me? fest and the whispering was so irritating.
I wish the storyline was more interesting.
What I do like is that it was a very creative movie portraying creation vs. destruction without leaning on CGI p0rn or a hammy, mentally deranged character to do it since that's the usual Hollywood ammo.
I would prob. watch it again if I had no other option. It's one of those movies where you can pick up on something you didn't initially.
Give it another shot. I know people who whined about it being boring and shut it off the first time who ended up loving it after I insisted they try again.
but it's hella weird to have songs about with so much biblical allusion and songs relating to religion juxtaposed with songs like "bitch, I'm madonna"
but then again...the title is called Unapologetic Bitch so it's something you would expect her to do
she should've cut those off and it would've been fine
Most people lack the emotional and traditional intelligence to understand The Tree of Life. This message brought to you by rihannafan. But I'm actually not joking.

It takes zero intelligence to understand "The Tree of Life." The "meaning" is literally in the title itself. It's about life. Not to mention the "Tree of Life" concept itself is a common theme used in literature, religion, et cetera. It's just a boring arthouse film about life. Doesn't automatically make it spectacular. You can understand the film. You can appreciate the film. You can respect the film. You can respect the art form. But it doesn't make the film not boring and pretentious.
The only "Tree of Life" that deserves praise is this record, from audiomachine.
Wait for the build up and be absolutely transcended for two minutes and two seconds.

Madonna has always had a major fascination with religion . She inserts religion in everything. Like almost obsessively. That and the words dream, star, and fall, fallen, falling are her favorites. Those are the main constants in her lyrics.
I was shocked Chanze had the patience to sit through The Tree of Life with me last night. I'm wary about the movies I take people too, especially after I took my sister to see Black Swan and she told me it was the most boring movie ever.

I'll do it just for you
Seriously, I'm sure I will watch it again one day.
Jessica Chastain is so ethereal. She is the epitome of motherhood in that movie.
She actually made the movie better. She sounds like such an airhead in interviews. You expect her to have Aniston-type lack of taste/talent. And then you watch her movies and

it worked with Like A Prayer and it works with this album as well for the most part
i just finished the entire album and "Bitch, I'm Madonna" is the only track that doesn't fit the album...and "Unapologetic Bitch"...they are so out of place
