I still don't get why people think Amy was bad in American Hustle. People always say her accent was off but that was the point. She was playing a PHONY Brit. Amy came off better in that movie than J-Law imo. J-Law came off embarassingly amateur in that movie and we know she can act. She either can't play sexy (which we know aint true
) or she was once again miscast (likely true.)
She singlehandedly made AH a comedy with her acting.
And people were praising her for it.
