I think it's also very possible to deem some music as low quality because of the lack of creativity it brings to the forefront (Pitbull, Iggy, etc.). Is that now impossible to do? B'cos I don't think it is.

None of this has anything to do with the fact that I, as someone exceedingly familiar with both artists, think Ultraviolence is better than St. Vincent.
And your statement on Bey doesn't mean that you have to like the music. You can respect what she did from a business perspective (the objective half) and still not like the album itself (entirely subjective).
