no type of street smarts. I be ****ing crying when they boys pull up on the block and the weed sellers swiftly get away and the cops get so tight when they can't catch em. They clearly saw the ****** but ran right into someone that was just walking out the building, had nothing to do with it, ****ed with him for a good 5 minutes while the dudes were in the lobby watching someone else get stopped before they dipped. I had my phone ready to record if they tried to shoot ole boy.
