I see so many of her fans say that The Fame is the worst thing she's released and that Born This Way or Fame Monster EP is what made her a true artist/legend in pop.

It's still better than Born This Way, which is a horrible album from start to finish. I was a die-hard fan of hers up until then, and that entire album just killed off any sense of love and respect I ever had for her.
The era was pretty bad too; she stopped being fun and wanted her fans to look up to her as Jesus Christ and started getting way too preachy and self-absorbed.
