hmm, NPH seemed like such a miscast to me, either way. I just could not take him seriously.

Like whenever he was on screen, and even though i was into the movie (it IS well-directed), he made me snap out of it. Ben Affleck's botoxed face wasn't that great either, but he did his part. Quite decent, overall.

It was a good enjoyable watch nonetheless, 4/5. It's not as commercial and tacky as I imagined it'd be.

Well, to be fair, this was a very unlucky week for Angelina. Her by-the-numbers Oscar bait movie gets snubbed and frosty reception, Sony's emails leak calling her an untalented brat and how Cleopatra would fail miserably, and Jennifer Aniston-least likely to get any recognition ever-her transformational role gets public recognition. Even the most poised dame would choke up being hounded in front of the press with all of that.

Unless a song has a novelty aspect to it like Gangnam Style, why would an old hit song really still be referenced?
