Pop music doesnt come in one form, pop has a millions different of textures, variants and styles.
Dance-pop/dance is a subgenre of pop, its a different style of pop, its pop. Eurodance, house, electronic etc are all different styles of pop.
Pop can be midtempop, ballad, uptempo etc..
Dance music is not the same as EDM music, they are different.
You clearly dont know what pop music is...
