Jessie J performed on The Voice Germany and now Masterpiece is #2 and her album jumped to #16 on iTunes.

Why can't Nicole perform there? Atleast she would get a few sales somewhere

She had the whole summer and then September to promote herself and Your Love in Germany, Australia... they even cancelled the XF AU performance in August because they wanted to promote OTR later on, and once they realized they'd mistaken, it was too late. Your Love/Run could've done great in some European countries with good markets if it was promoted the right way. I mean, Jessie's Masterpiece is a meeeh song to me tbh and it's at #2. Your Love would've been #1. Unfortunately, Run will be forgotten in Europe and from February on I don't think she'll promote it anywhere outside the States.

Too bad.

TBH, Your Love was her best chance for open her bigger career, but her temat isn't smart enough. Such a jam! More promo, and im sure that this song will be her best single so far, but oh well its Nicole, yeah? Her PR is such a MESS. When u release single focus on it 100% !!!!! Im so sad for her

I don't think her team is to blame though. With YL they really had a tight promo scedule. Nicole just had the bad luck that the chart rules for streaming worked against her. Otherwise she was #2 with it in the UK.
OTR, and the album release were a whole different chapter, where I still don't know where I am able to put the blame on. Since I feel that were financial reasons, rather than done on purpose.
RCA and most likely Epic probably don't have the resources and promo budget that Interscope had. Nicole made the descision to do Cats, and it is a great move for her as artist and possibly her career overall. But it also came with a cost. Run got released in one of the most crowded periods in entertainment, with various albums, movies etc. to be released.
I am sure her team tried to book her where they could. But she also had to rehearse (and now play) for Cats. There is nothing to be sad about. She sacrificed Run basically to be able to do Cats, and she knew where she was up to when she signed on for that job.

I think they were (are?) counting on it to grow in the US, but obviously that doesn't look like it's happening. And the X Factor performance didn't do much for it in the UK.
