I see where you're coming from. Ciara is a name, unless her stans here beg to differ, and should've been on the main chart in no time. "Never Ever" was released January 5th, so it's had a month of exposure. But like your examples, those people took off in a second. This type of performance would be acceptable for a new artist, but not for Ciara.
However, it's in Top 110 now, so it still has a chance.
