Well those albums ARE flops. If my fave was there I wouldn't be mad. I was actually expecting Britney Jean to be there.
Billboard need not to sugarcoat it. It's fine just the way it is. While BB called them flops, they did the article in a tasteful manner (somewhat). It wasn't offensive but it really was straight to the point.
Tech websites, fashion websites, film websites list their flops of 2014 as well so why not a music magazine?
