No. Billboard End of Year ranking are based on the Billboard Year, which runs from first chart week in Dec to last week of Nov. So we are at the beginning of a new Billboard Year.
The Billboard Music Awards are held in May and look at the period of 12 months from Mar 1 to end of Feb. So the winners for BBMA in May 2015 will be determined by success from Mar 2014 up to end of Feb 2015. So all of 1989's performance will be included (up to end of next Feb). So basically Taylor will sweep lots of categories. SIO and BS (and single 3) will slay on radio and sales and 1989 will be the biggest selling album. Even if Adele releases an album that smashes there won't be enough time for it to overtake 1989 before March.
As it is calculated based on numbers rather than subjective opinion or votes, this means some categories can be reliably predicted.
Taylor is guaranteed to win BBMA in the categories
Top BB200 Artist
Album of the Year
Top Female Artist
Top Artist
and possibly
Top Hot 100 Artist
Top Digital Songs Artist
Top Radio Songs Artist
Top Streaming Song (Video)
Top Social Artist
They may switch around the categories a little, they have been making slight changes over the last few years. If they reintrodue the categories for Top Pop Abum and Top Pop Artist then Taylor will win those as well.

It completely sucks out the fun/silly aspect of the song and makes it sound all serious, which doesn't really match the lyrics.
it's a song full of frustration and sorrow but the angels were all smiling
