Nope. According to Capitol, Katy did 1.3M in TEAs this year. BEYONCE's entire run would be counted in the BB YE, so Bey should have some 2.2M-2.3M album sales and ~4-5M single sales. Katy did destroy her in streams and radio play, though, and wasn't far behind in touring numbers.
For starters Yonce didn't give a **** about any of ha singles while Katheryn was almost damn near prostituting to get radio and consumers to use ha.

Did Capitol not count December in their update? I'd guess she was closer to 1.7M TEAs if they didn't put December in their report. Thanks for pointing that out.
